Back fatigue before legs.

T-bar rows: 5x8x60kg, 3x5x70kg, 5x80kg

Chinups: 20, +15kg: 5, +20kg: 5/5/5/5/4/3

5x8 ab pulldowns and 2x8 reverse crunches
