Pause squat: 4x3x125kg

Front squat: 3x60kg, 3x90kg, 2x100kg, 2x110kg, 1x120kg, 1x130kg, 3x2x120kg

Pendlay rows: 5x60kg, 5x80kg, 5x90kg, 5x85kg, 8x80kg

Chest high pullups: 4x10 (alternate grip)
