Coan Bench Routine Week 4
Bench press: 5x40kg, 5x60kg, 5x80kg, 2x8x95kg
CGBP: 2x8x83kg
Db incline bench: 2x8x30kg
Dips: 3x5 (+20kg)
Triceps pushdown: 3x8
Dips hurt my elbows a fair bit. Probably from Monday's front squat, where the bar rolled onto my arm. Hence going easy on the assistance for today.
